3. Fuel Your Body with a Protein-Packed Breakfast: Finally, fuel your body with a protein-rich breakfast. A smoothie, eggs, or Greek yogurt are all great options. Protein takes more energy for your body to digest, which means your metabolism will stay active longer. Plus, it helps keep you full and energised until lunch.
